I was told my my neurologist that the best thing to do for your pain is excercies 30 minutes a day. Like walking . It does help with the pain and relieves stress.

Hi, I have MS, is that what you have? I tried to walk but my legs get so painful, like when your arm or leg falls asleep and it is trying to wake up, its is a tingling ache kind of. Have you tried yoga, that helped me alot before my balance was to bad. And I gained to much weight! Peace, Lizzy |
